Black N Yellow withdraws from BTS Pro Series Season 5

The North American team Black N Yellow announced that after two matches played, they withdrew from BTS Pro Series Season 5. The reason for this decision is unknown.
Black N Yellow was formed in early January to compete in the first season of the Regional Leagues. The team played in the DPC: NA Upper Division, where they finished 6th and retained their spot for the second season.
After the first season, ?? Eric "Ryoya" Dong and ?? Francis "FLee" Lee left the team. The first one now plays for Penta Ace (ex-S A D B O Y S), and the second one — for Simply TOOBASED. The withdrawal from participating in BTS Pro Series Season 5 is most likely due to the search for replacements for the departed players.
