After the end of WePlay AniMajor, 4 Chinese teams: PSG.LGD, Vici Gaming, Invictus Gaming и Team Aster cannot return to their home country. The information appeared on Reddit and was confirmed by representatives from Vici Gaming later.
Due to another wave of bans related to stricter quarantine measures, China has canceled all private flights to the country. It was a private flight that enabled the teams to fly to Kyiv to take part in the Major, and in the same way, they had to return. The situation is exacerbated by the fact that players must take a three-week quarantine upon return to China. And The International 10 is still two months away.
According to available information, all teams are in Kyiv, in a hotel. Tournament organizer WePlay Esports, in cooperation with Valve, is trying to arrange a work visa for teams to continue to participate in The International 10.
