Mushi’s team was signed by new organisation SMG Team
The young Singaporean Esports organisation SMG Team has opened a Dota 2 division and signed an IO Dota2 team, captained by ??Chai "Mushi" Yee Fung.
Interestingly, the founder of SMG Team is Singaporean singer Lin Junjie, known as JJ Lin. He is a longtime Dota fan and even released his own Timekeeper music pack for the game client in 2016. In the announcement, he admitted that creating his own Dota 2 team was his old dream.
On January 4, SMG Team will debut in the closed qualifiers for Dota Pro Circuit 2021: Season 1 - Southeast Asia. Qualifications will run from January 4 to 10.
