New participants of DPC Lower Divisions

Qualifiers for the DPC Spring Tour ended yesterday. It means that we can now name all of the participants in the Regional Leagues Lower Divisions. Except for China, all regions have 2 teams qualified each.
Western Europe
Eastern Europe
Southeast Asia
North America
South America
China
From April 4 to 25, all of these teams will participate in the DPC competition. The strongest teams from each region receive invitations to the Upper Division for the next tour.
