South America to be investigated for suspicious matches
Tournament organizer ESB, which runs the DPC regional league in South America, will conduct an official investigation into suspicious matches in the league. A statement has been released on its social media.
Organizer statement:
We have learned of allegations of match-fixing during the first round of the South American DPC against players, teams, and organizations.
We strongly condemn and do not accept any cheating, as it only tarnishes and degrades the Esports scene in our region, which we are fully committed to.
We call on those who have any actual evidence of what happened to support our investigations so that the offenders can be punished immediately if the cheating is proven.

The DPC 2023 Lower Division competitions in South America ended on February 22. The winners were No Runes and Qhali, who advanced to the Upper Division on the next tour.
