The upcoming Clavision Snow Ruyi Invitational is starting shortly, and the groups have been revealed.
The tournament features a very new and interesting Group Stage format, where two teams have drafted their respective groups. The two “Group Captains” are Team Spirit and Xtreme Gaming.
The two captain teams chose the following teams for their groups:
It is also worth noting that there were several teams that decided to skip the event. Nouns and Team Secret have withdrawn from the tournament, turning the original plan of 12 participants to only 10.
The Clavision Snow Ruyi Invitationalfeatures a prize pool of $500,000. The event will run from July 28 to August 4, and will be held in a LAN format in Zhangjiakou, China.
