Wind and Rain and Pecado Squad Gaming received a lifetime ban

Last night, on the official DPC: NA page on Twitter, a message appeared that two teams from the Lower Division, Wind and Rain and Pecado Squad Gaming, receive a lifetime ban for all tournaments from Valve and Beyond The Summit. Also, all participants of these two teams came under sanctions.
Investigation details are not reported. Last week, Wind and Rain was accused of 322 against Felt. A day before the match, the odds changed from 1.1 to 4.3. In that match, Wind and Rain lost with a 1:2 score.
Both teams had to perform on The International 10 Qualifiers in the North American region, but, due to the ban, their slots will be empty.
